Hello, my name is Steve Zambonin, my wife and I moved to the Rogue Valley 25 years ago and quickly decided this was where we wanted to raise our family. I love the beauty of Southern Oregon and the warmth of the people I have come to know.
After many years in the telecommunications industry as well as maintenance and repair of hundreds of computers, I realized my true passion was in the computer industry.
I took that passion and created PC Solutions!

Many computer repair businesses charge by the hour. While we don't believe there's anything wrong with that, it can cause some to feel uncomfortable because of uncertainty of cost to complete the work.
Many times because of that uncertainty, some people decide not fix their problems, and either continue to be frustrated or purchase a new computer which can be many times the cost of a simple repair.
Before attempting to repair or upgrade, we discuss whether it's cost effective to proceed with your current system or not.
Most of the time it's a great idea to fix your current computer, but sometimes it's not.
Ultimately, we want what is best for you! We'll give you some options so you can make an educated decision.
